My plan was to buy a platform bed and a new mattress. The bed I wanted was not in the store so Joyce told her manager who in turn located the bed, had the store take a picture of it so I could see it, and I loved it. Joyce always goes above and beyond to help me find exactly what I want. Whenever I shop for furniture Joyce is the first person I contact. Shes the best
